2. Application Requirements

2.1 Academic Requirements

The applicant must meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; and,

GPA of high school graduation or final year of high school is at least 6.5 (over 10.0 scale) or at least “Average Good.

2.2. Language Requirements

For the Undergraduate programs taught in Vietnamese: Attending 01-year Preparatory Vietnamese language course with at least a B2 level certificate at the end of the course.

- For the Undergraduate programs taught in English, the applicant must meet one of the following requirements:

Citizens from an English native-speaking language country;

Or having IELTS at least 5.0 (or equivalent);

Or passing the TDTU English language proficiency test.

Notes

The English language proficiency certificate must be valid within two years from the test date until 01 October 2023.

2.3. Additional Requirements

- For Pharmacy major, applicants must have:

GPA of the final year of senior high school is marked at least in “Good” level or above;

The average Chemistry score of the final year of senior high school or equivalence must be over 7.0/10.0.

- For the major of ArchitectureGraphic DesignInterior Design, and Fashion Design, applicants are required to take the aptitude assessment test organized by TDTU before entering the Bachelor’s programs.

- Students awarded the scholarship for the Preparatory Vietnamese Language course must do a commitment to studying undergraduate program at TDTU after the course.

3. Application Procedure

Step 2: Submission
Application documents include:

Application form (step 1);

A notarized copy of a high school diploma or equivalence;

A notarized copy of high school academic transcripts/study record or equivalence;

A notarized copy of the Passport/ID card;

A copy of the English/ Vietnamese language proficiency certificate (if any, required for the Undergraduate programs taught in the English language);

Health certificate issued by the authorized bodies within the last 06 months.

Step 3: Candidates can submit their application in one of two ways:

Step 5: Result Announcement
TDTU will announce its assessment results and only send admission letters to successful candidates.

4. Scholarships

Every academic year, Ton Duc Thang University awards many full and partial Merit Scholarships to qualified candidates to undertake Bachelor’s Degree study.
