The celebration of the International Children’s Day at Ton Duc Thang University

On June 1, 2019, the Trade Union of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized the International Children's Day and awarded Nguyen Duc Canh Scholarship in 2019 to the children of the lecturers and staffs of the University. Attending the event were Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, Deputy head of Education Department, Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union; Dr. Tran Trong Dao, Vice President of TDTU; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen, Vice Principal of Vietnam - Finland International School (VFIS); MSc. Nguyen Quoc Bao, Vice Chairman of TDTU Trade Union together with the lecturers and more than 150 children and teenagers.

The program included fun games, magic performances and the visit of VFIS learning environment. On this occasion, TDTU Trade Union praised and awarded hundreds of Nguyen Duc Canh Scholarships to children with outstanding academic achievements in the academic year 2018-2019.

The International Children's Day and the Nguyen Duc Canh Scholarship Award Ceremony are the annual activities of TDTU Trade Union, sharing the University's care for the future generations of the country; It is also an opportunity for the children of the lecturers and staffs to meet, learn and socialize together.
